Do you offer international shipping?
We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Do you create custom gift sets?
e. maree can create custom gift sets tailored to your preferences and needs.
What is your return policy?
At e. maree candle boutique, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, please be aware of our strict policy regarding unused candles:
1. **Eligibility for Return:** Only unused candles in their original packaging can be returned. Items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted.
2. **Return Arrangement:** Customers are responsible for arranging the return of the item. To initiate the return process, please contact us at emaree@emareecandleboutique.com.
3. **Return Shipping:** Customers will cover all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
4. **Inspection Upon Receipt:** Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the candle to determine its condition.
5. **Refund Process:** If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. If the refund is denied, the candle will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
